All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the official Website. Participants who complete the Pre-registration process (June 22 – August 5, Aug. 10, 2015) will benefit from lower costs and will be provided the entire conference materials upon their arrival. And IMID 2015 registrants will be KIDS members automatically and can register as the KIDS member at IMID 2016.

All the participants intending to attend the conference should register separately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy  
  • For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat.
  • Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Visa Application  
Invitation letters will be sent to all participants who request them, but but you must have accepted papers or register for the conference and complete payment. Notarized letters can also be sent thus, please contact the Registration Secretariat via email at reg@k-ids.or.kr in case you require an official letter of invitation to attend the conference.
