In order to reserve the most comfortable stay while attending the IMID 2015, we provide a hassle-free procedure in making a reservation for your accommodation.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: July 31, 2015Aug. 10, 2015
Please take the following steps to make your hotel reservation.
1. Please click the [On-line Hotel Reservation] button provided.
2. Log in with your ID and PW.
3. Please click the [On-line Hotel Reservation] button provided.
4. Complete the reservation form.
5. Fax (+82-42-472-7459) or email (hotel@k-ids.or.kr) the reservation form with card information.
After filling out the Hotel Reservation Form, Please print out ‘Reservation Completed’ page, then send it to the IMID 2015 Secretariat by fax (+82-42-472-7459) or email (hotel@k-ids.or.kr) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. (Payment should be made by the participant directly to the hotel when you check-out)
You will receive the confirmation letter from the IMID 2015 Secretariat including your reservation number and the other specific information by E-mail.
If you do not receive the confirmation letter within a week after your hotel reservation, please contact us on hotel@k-ids.or.kr or +82-42-472-7460.
