All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the official Website. Participants who complete the Pre-registration process (June 15 - August 10, 2012) will benefit from lower costs and will be assured of being given all the conference material package upon their arrival. And registrants (Regular, Student) in IMID 2012 are to be KIDS members automatically and can register as a member at next IMID conference.

Each registrant is requested to register separately.

• Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure only.
• To complete on-line payment, your credit card should be enrolled to the Visa 3D Secure for the safe usage of credit card.
   You can enroll your credit card to the Visa 3D Secure at your credit card issuer web-site.

• Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Allat.

• Please make the bank transfer to below account specified. (Sender’s name MUST BE identical with registrant’s name.)

• All bank remittance charges should be paid by the sender.
• In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail (reg@k-ids.or.kr) or fax (+82-42-472-7459).

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the IMID 2012 Secretariat including your registration number and other information regarding the registration via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on (reg@k-ids.or.kr) or fax (+82-42-472-7459).

• For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat.
