After filling out the hotel reservation form on the website, please print out the Reservation Completed page, and then send it to by fax (+82 53 746 9007) with your credit card information which is just for room guarantee. |

After your hotel reservation, you will receive the confirmation letter from the IMID 2012 Accommodation & Tour Secretariat. If you have any other request, please do not hesitate to contact the IMID 2012 Accommodation & Tour Secretariat.hotel@k-ids.or.kr. |
If you do not receive the confirmation letter IMID 2012 Accommodation & Tour Secretariat within a week after your hotel reservation, please feel free to contact us. hotel@k-ids.or.kr
Also, the credit card information is only for the room guarantee of the reservation.
All the payment will be made when you check out by yourself and in a way you want by cash (Korean won or US dollar) of by credit cards. |
