How to Apply
  • Fill in the application form.
  • Send the application with business license by Email or FAX.
  • Receive the invoice form by the IMID 2025 secretariat office.
  • Pay the deposit. (It must be paid by May 31, 2025 / 50% of total amount)
  • Pay the balance. (It must be paid by August 1, 2025)
Application Deadline
  • Early-bird Application: April 30 (Wed.), 2025
  • Advance Application: June 30 (Mon.), 2025
  • Regular Application: After July 1 (Tue.), 2025

※ Applicants can be rejected if all spaces have been reserved out.

Refund Policy

  • By May 31, 2025: 100% Refund
  • June 1 to July 21, 2025: 50% Deduction from the participation fee
  • July 22 to July 31, 2025: 80% Deduction from the participation fee
  • From August 1, 2025: 100% Deduction from the participation fee
