Guideline for Registration

  Notice

All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the Online registration system.

IMID 2025 provides an Pre-registration Fee until August 1 (Fri.), 2025 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Pre-registration by online is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.

At least, one author of each accepted papers must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by  August 1 (Fri.), 2025; otherwise the papers will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

Registration Period

  • Pre-registration : June 9 (Mon.) - August 1 (Fri.), 2025 (*All presenters should register for the conference.)
  • On-site Registration : August 19 (Tue.) ~ August 22 (Fri.), 2025

    Fill out the On-line registration form

    Click the ‘Submit’ button

    Check your details and Scroll down and Click the ‘Pay Now’ button
  • STEP 6
    Card : Pay the registration fee through the On-line payment system
    TRANSFER : Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
  • STEP 7
    Confirmation letter will be sent to you

  • Once you complete the registration form, you can check IMID 2025 account information.
    (등록 시스템 내에서 등록폼 작성을 완료하면, 입금해야 할 계좌정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.)
  • The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or registrant’s name.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • We are not responsible for the inability to verify registrant information due to mismatch in the sender name format. Please be sure to read the remittance name form provided before sending the money.
  • After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat (reg@k-ids.or.kr) along with the deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount) and your 4-digit registration number.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

※ Please notify IMID 2025 secretariat in writing to reg@k-ids.or.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration.

※ All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

※ Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
