How to Apply

  • Please download the Sponsorship Application form, fill it out, and fax or e-mail it to the IMID 2025 Secretariat (imidex@k-ids.or.kr).
  • Pay the contribution deadline: within a month from the invoice issue date.
  • Please send the receipt to the secretariat for confirmation of full payment.
  • All payments should be transferred to the bank account.

  Important Dates

  • June 30, 2025: Deadline for sponsorship applications.

Cancellation Policy

  • Until May 31, 2025: Full payment will be refunded.
  • Until June 6, 2025: 50% of full payment will be refunded.
  • After June 6, 2025: Full payment will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation of sponsorship must be made in writing to the secretariat via e-mail.
