All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the official Website. Participants who complete the Pre-registration process (June 16 – August 8, 2014) will benefit from lower costs and will be provided the entire conference materials upon their arrival. And IMID 2014 registrants will be KIDS members automatically and can register as the KIDS member at IMID 2014.
All the participants intending to attend the conference should register separately.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the IMID 2014 secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on (reg@k-ids.or.kr )or +82-42-472-7464.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat.
Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
