All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the official Website. Participants who complete the Pre-registration process (June 15 - August 10, 2013) will benefit from lower costs and will be provided the entire conference materials upon their arrival. And IMID2013 registrants will be KIDS members automatically and can register as the KIDS member at IMID2014.

All the participants intending to attend the conference should register separately.

• Author Registration: June 15 (Sat.) - July 31, 2013 (Wed.) (All presenter should register for the conference.)
• Pre-registration Registration: June 15 (Fri.) - August 10, 2012 (Tue.)

• If you should use AMEX card, please contact the Secretariat.
• Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure only.
• To complete on-line payment, your credit card should be enrolled to the Visa 3D Secure for the safe usage of credit card.
   You can enroll your credit card to the Visa 3D Secure at your credit card issuer web-site.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the IMID 2013 Secretariat including your registration number and other information regarding the registration via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on (reg@k-ids.or.kr) or fax (+82-42-472-7459).
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat.
• Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below
