Cancellation and Refund Policy

• For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Secretariat.
• Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Visa Application

Invitation letters will be sent to all participants who request them, but you must have accepted papers or register for the conference and complete payment. Notarized letters can also be sent thus, please contact the Registration Secretariat via email at reg@k-ids.or.kr in case you require an official letter of invitation to attend the conference.

  

• Invitation Letter E-Application is recommended to be used on Chrome rather than Internet Explorer.
• Invitation Letters can be issued for those who have completed the registration and payment.
• If you cannot open the E-application, please fill in the application form in excel by downloading as above and send it to the IMID 2016 Secretariat. (reg@k-ids.or.kr)
• Please kindly note that invitation letter application through web link is a speedier process than making the application form.
