Guideline for Registration

All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the Online registration system. We would like to inform you that all the conference registrants will be KIDS members automatically and can register as the KIDS member in IMID 2020. All the participants intending to attend the conference should register separately.

※ Information of Senior Registration
: If you are qualified for all conditions below, you can register for the conference with free of charge.
i) Retiree of KIDS members over 65 years old
ii) IMID paid registration more than 3 times (Only executive members in case of the group registration)

※ Credit cards and Cash are the only accepted forms of payment for on-site registration.

Author Registration CLOSED

※ Author Registration Deadline: June 24 (Mon.) ~ July 31 (Wed.)
At least one author of each accepted paper should register to the conference by July 31 in order to include the paper in the final program.

• In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail (reg@k-ids.or.kr) or fax (+82-42-472-7459).
• After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the IMID 2019 secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on (reg@k-ids.or.kr) or +82-42-472-7460.

Cancellation and refund policy

For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent by email to the Secretariat (reg@k-ids.or.kr).

※ Refund will be made after the conference.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

An official invitation letters will be sent to participants, who request them, but you must have accepted papers or registered for the conference and completed payment. Notarized letters can also be sent thus, please follow the steps below and contact the Registration Secretariat via email at reg@k-ids.or.kr.

• To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first.
• Please download the Invitation letter application form and fill out.
• Send it to the IMID 2019 secretariat (reg@k-ids.or.kr).
  
• ※ If you are a participant from the Shanghai, you have to specific form from the shanghai embassy.
