Hotel Information
The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for participants of IMID 2017. Special rates have been secured but may be available only until July 27, 2017 August 10, 2017. In order to secure reservation, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system.
Accommodation List
The room rates are fixed in Korean Won. The rate in USD is approximate according to the rate of exchange (USD 1 ≒ KRW 1,100 ~ 1,200 as of Feb. 13, 2017).

Booking & Payment Conditions
CONFIRMATION
1. Confirmation will be emailed to you after charging 1 night deposit to the credit card you provide on the hotel
reservation form.
2. Final confirmation will be emailed to you after charging the rest of payment to your credit card at the time of hotel
reservation deadline. (Deadline is Jul 27, 2017 Aug. 10, 2017.)
PAYMENT
1. 1 night deposit payment must be made by credit card to obtain a confirmation.
2. The rest of payment must be made by the credit card at the time of hotel reservation deadline.
3. In case of payment by bank transfer, total payment must be paid within 14 days from the date of the hotel booking
request and bank transfer copy should be emailed to the Housing Bureau including Hanjin Travel reservation number,
guest name, sender's name, hotel name for tracking your payment, otherwise it will be cancelled.
4. All dates below are based on Korea Standard Time (GMT +9).
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / REFUND
Cancellation and/or reduction in the number of nights reserved must be made to the Housing Bureau (yhpark@kaltour.com), in case of late notice, the following penalty shall be applied.

| 30 days ~ 15 days before hotel check-in date | 1 night penalty charge (per room) |
| 14 days ~ 1 day before hotel check-in date | 2 nights penalty charge (per room) |
| No show or cancellation made on that day | 100% penalty for all reserved nights (per room) |
• Necessary refunds will be made after the conference.
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by participants.
• Hotel reservation close: 27 Jul. 2017 August 10, 2017
